The role

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and passionate OrderComms specialist to join our implementation and consultancy team.  Reporting into our ICE Delivery Lead, you will deliver projects to healthcare clientele across the UK. You will also be responsible for providing clients with guidance and advice for workflow planning, and driving best practice for the greatest customer return on investment. As a member of the project team, you will be working with the client and CliniSys team members to deliver a product that exceeds client expectations.   

Key responsibilities:

  • Travelling to client sites across the UK to provide consultancy on CliniSys software products
  • Consulting pre and post-sale with key stakeholders as requested to ensure project scope aligns with contracted customer expectations
  • Effectively organising and prioritising project tasks to ensure timely completion of projects assigned
  • Demonstrating a thorough knowledge and understanding of department procedures and guidelines
  • Providing continuous evaluation of process improvements, by monitoring both client and departmental feedback
  • Conducting training sessions for clients as part of the overall implementation process
  • Independently resolving project issues or determining when escalation to management is required 
  • Guiding clients in their decision making to achieve maximum efficiency using CliniSys best practice
  • Stays up-to-date on new features, enhancements, versions and products;
  • Collaborating with Professional Services Consultants to expand own and others depth of CliniSys product knowledge
  • Maintaining a high level of commitment to superior customer satisfaction through the entire duration of the customer relationship;
  • Completing other projects as assigned

Knowledge, skills, abilities:

  • Strong in-depth background in software solutions within healthcare sector, e.g.:
  • NHS Trusts
  • Primary or secondary healthcare environments
  • GPs, referred GP / hospital networks
  • Any expertise in understanding healthcare workflow(s) is highly desirable
  • Any expertise with health informatics or leading OrderComms products, such as CliniSys ICE, is highly advantageous
  • Experience working in a consulting environment preferred
  • Effective writing and communication skills, able to present and articulate complex issues simply
  • Problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills
  • Demonstrable ability to work independently
  • Ability to teach and present in a classroom setting
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all organisational levels
  • The ability to work under pressure and ensure deadlines are met

Education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or Information Technology
  • Expertise in a healthcare and/or IT/software environment
  • Any experience with healthcare sector is highly desirable

This role can be home-based; you will be required to undertake significant travel across the UK to client sites and commitments, company offices and events, as and when required.
