CliniSys is the market leading supplier in Europe, of clinical laboratory information management systems (LIMS). As they build on their success and expand their solutions portfolio they are seeking to create a new role within the business, “Senior C# Application Developer” to join their WinPath Enterprise Services Team to develop new and support existing applications.

Role responsibilities:

Your role will be to manage and lead CliniSys core product team. This team houses 5-6 developers. You will be responsible for working closely with the product group PMO to ensure sprints ad projects as part of the production roadmap are delivered on time and to a high level of quality. You will consider the operational, deployment and support impacts of any design decisions taken, deferring to the appropriate level for guidance when potential questions arise. If you have SCRUM experience you will take on the lead of the SCRUM master role for daily scrum meetings to bring together all issues and risks being raised against a project and escalate as quickly as possible, any issues not capable of being resolves within the team. Your role will be 70% managerial and 30% hands on so you will undertake any reasonable development requests when directed to do so or as part of an agreed roadmap, project remedial and sprint activities and execute to the best of your ability. Finally, you will lead monthly team meetings, be familiar with all company processes and assist the testing and support teams when questions arise
